Horizontal Steam Sterilizer Construction:

Our Steam Sterilizer gives accurate temperature and pressure inside the sterilization chamber needed for the sterilization process of surgical instruments, laboratory instruments & glassware. Boilers and chambers for high-pressure steam sterilizers, lid and jacket - all made of 304 heavy thick 304 / 316 grade stainless steel sheets. The sterilizer has triple walled (inner chamber & Jacket) type design, which allows preheating of chamber by jacket steam. The chamber is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel 304/316.

Horizontal Autoclave Controlling device:

A three-way valve or a multiport valve constructed of stainless steel is utilized to efficiently manage the sterilization cycle. There is a 5 to 30 psi pressure variation within the chamber. The machine comes equipped with an automatic pressure control switch, steam trap, water level indicator, vacuum breaker, and vacuum breaker for entirely safe operation. The entire horizontal autoclave unit is supported by a sturdy tubular stand. This autoclave requires a three-phase, 440-volt power source to operate; single-phase operation can also be constructed upon request.

Temperature Controller – Horizontal Autoclave’s Controller is microprocessor-based PID controller consisting of a temperature, timer with a buzzer alarm. The controller has a double LED display for set and process values with a time of 9999 minutes and HMI PLC with touch screen.

Pressure Controller – Provide a made-in DENMARK pressure controller for the advance safety of the user and autoclave. The pressure controller cuts off the electrical supply of heaters when it reaches to set value.

    The inner chamber, steam jacket, outer chamber, and boiler are made of heavy gauge stainless steel 304 /316 grades with leak-proof argon arc welding.

    Lid is made of thick machined stainless steel

    The space between the outer chamber and steam jacket is filled with glass wool to minimize thermal losses.

    Hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure.

    Standard features Steam boiler is fitted with water level indicator, pressure gauge, low water cut-off device, and automatic pressure control device.

    Fitted with safety valve as a safety device.

    Drain valve is fitted at the side bottom for easy draining and cleaning.

    The unit is provided with a positive self-locking safety door which cannot be opened while the chamber is under pressure and disengages automatically when the chamber is exhausted.

    This affords complete safety to the working personnel against the explosive opening.

    Two separate valves are provided for evacuating steam from inner chamber and jackets as and when desired.

    Sterilization Cycle is controlled by SINGLE POINT Multiport Valve.

    The chamber discharge line is fitted with a moisture trap to absorb the condensate automatically thus preventing moistening of the loaded material to be sterilized.

    An automatic vacuum breaker is fitted to all “LABTRONIXED INC” units as a standard accessory, in order to break vacuum in case of steam condensation.

    The flanged immersion-type heating element made from very high-grade material provides the fast formation of pressure in the system and is protected through an electric low water level cut-off device.

    All “LABTRONIXED INC” Sterilizers are provided with triple safety features, through a “PIEZOSTAT” (Automatic Pressure Control System) and a spring-loaded safety valve fitted to the boiler/steam generator. The chamber is fitted with spring-loaded safety valve and a dead weight release valve.

    To work on 440Volts, 3phase, 50Hz AC supply.

PLC / HMI (Automatic Operation of the Program)

The horizontal autoclave is made in a way that eliminates the need for human intervention. There is no need for manual water replenishment because the water motor is integrated within the machine. There's no need to choose the program every day because, once the parameters are selected, it will pick off where it left off. Without requiring human labor, machinery may finish the entire cycle from injecting water to drying the samples. The doors are prepared to open when the cycle is finished, and an alert will buzz to discharge the steam from the chamber.

Multi-Port Valve - The multi-port valve controls steam purging, steam transfer from the jacket to the chamber, vacuum exhaust, the slow and fast exhaust.

Vacuum Breaker - The jacket and vacuum breakers protect the operator and the machine from shrinkage by creating a vacuum inside the chamber with condensed steam. Two vacuum breakers, one for the jacket and one for the sterilizing chamber, are installed on top. According to the BSP standard, SS 304/SS 316 is used for all pipe couplings.

Emergency On/Off - it releases all steam pressure from the chamber by opening all solenoid valves and manual valves in case of an emergency. It is one of the safety features of a Sterilizer.
